Good morning, members! I (Maddie) am over the moon because it is the first Sunday morning that I have absolutely nothing planned. You know what that means? I get to sit back, relax, and read today’s newsletter alongside the rest of you while my dear partner makes me a coffee. Shall we jump straight into it? I’ve been itching to share this week’s quote of the week with you, so here it is.

‘It will all be okay.’

An awfully simple one, I know. But I just feel like sometimes we need to hear (or read) this. Turbulent times are bound to happen, but it will all be okay. Maybe not today, or tomorrow, or next week, but eventually, it really will be okay. So if you are doing it a little tough at the moment, please know you’re in my thoughts. If you need to reach out to someone, never hesitate to contact our team.

I saw these last weekend when I visited an old lolly shop in Central NSW, and I just had to include them in our Yesterday’s Australia segment! I didn’t take a photo of the shop because I was busy chatting away with the owner and buying plenty of lollies (of course), but I bought a few of these old milk bottles and I loved them. They were so satisfying and the perfect amount of ‘sweet’. It reminded me of how much I miss classic lollies that weren’t over the top and filled with flavours and additives.
