Spring is coming, and with that, I would like to warmly welcome Kristin, our new Projects & Innovation Manager. I met Kristin a few days ago at our Hydrogen Europe Research premises. I am happy to see a high level of competence combined with solid motivation. In March, we improved our offices, moving to the third floor in Avenue MArnix 23. We now have a separate office entrance and a more functional space. Continuing with the welcomes, and you can find more details inside the newsletter, I would like to warmly welcome our new member EURECAT, a research center from Catalonia! The most important event of the month was the EPHyC conference. First of all, I'm thankful to the BeHyfe team for the wonderful support to the organization of the event and its management through incredible attention to many details. Everything was perfect and well organized. It was a pleasure for me to attend, at least in the initial part. All the events had a particular feeling, being organized with the support of PhD students, for PhD students, managing their presentations, chairing the sessions, and socializing together in informal events. They were bringing on the stage their research results and competencies, with a multidisciplinary approach - from advanced materials to technologies, to economic and business assessment, to future scenarios, alongside the whole value chain of hydrogen technologies. We will continue this event in the upcoming years, together with hosting partners who can support us similarly to this year's event. We have a high interest from the industry sector (that could sponsor the event), and ... we have already found a host for 2025! EPHyC 2025 will take place in a cross-border location, between Italy, Slovenia, and Croatia, with initial interest and support from the University of Trieste. Thank you for supporting this! With this, I end with a mention of the Hydrogen Week 2024. We are preparing something special this year for our participation and your involvement. Please, stay tuned! More information will come soon!
