Vibrant Energy Matters

This leading property services company came to us with a challenge; they wanted to optimise their nationwide network of consultants to deploy the closest expert, with the right skills, to service their growing client base. They also needed to undertake a regular gap analysis to ensure that they could support their growing success without compromising on client service. Here is how we worked together to give their business an edge.

What's in a postcode?

You know your own postcode, but do you know when and why it was created? Do you understand how the UK postcode system actually works and how the different elements of the code work together to allow the post to get to where it needs to be? We do, and we've written a blog about the often under-appreciated postcode system and everything you could possibly want to know about it.

How far is it to the beach?

As an island nation, we are spoilt for beaches, but it can make deciding on where to go difficult when the sun makes one of its ever-so-brief appearances. We turn this simple question on its head and approach it as we would a client brief, looking at the custom coding and technical challenge behind calculating the closest beach for every point in the country.
