At our next monthly lunch meeting, ASA members will hear from Rick Hernandez, a military veteran and retired SWAT officer with experience in deadly force situations, and who currently serves as safety director for Gamma Construction. Rick’s interactive presentation will explore the signs of potential violence, how to plan escape routes, who on your staff is located in the most vulnerable positions and more. Active shooter situations are unpredictable and evolve quickly. Join us on March 17 to learn how to prepare both mentally and physically to deal with this particular form of workplace violence.
