With some new faces joining our Executive Steering Committee this year, I’d like to introduce you to the passionate individuals who bring the events, programs and opportunities available through the WPDN to life. While we come from different areas of the University and are at different stages of our career, we are all deeply committed to empowering professional staff women to achieve their full potential. I look forward to introducing you to each Committee member in more detail in upcoming editions of our newsletter! I’d also like to take this opportunity to thank and farewell Alexis McKay, much-loved and valued member of the WPDN Executive Steering Committee and Diversity Coordinator for SET, who is leaving the University to embark on her next career adventure. In her time with the Committee, Alexis has played a foundational role in transforming the WPDN’s highly-popular Mentoring Program, for which we are incredibly grateful.
