President Trump Concludes Historic Visit to UAE
Today, US President Donald J. Trump concluded a state visit to the UAE—a historic trip marked by warmth, mutual respect and trust.
The visit showcased an expanding bilateral investment alliance:
- In Abu Dhabi, a new 5GW UAE-US AI campus will be built by the UAE’s G42 and operated by leading US companies – building on the new US-UAE AI Acceleration Partnership framework to deepen cooperation and collaboration on AI and advanced technologies.
- Emirates Global Aluminium will invest $4 billion to develop the first new aluminum production plant in Oklahoma – the first such plant built in the US since 1980.
- In the energy sector, strategic agreements were announced by ADNOC to facilitate up to $60 billion of American investments in UAE energy projects. The company also noted that the enterprise value of UAE energy investments into the US is set to reach $440 billion by 2035.
- Etihad Airways confirmed an order for 28 Boeing 787 and 777X aircraft, equipped with GE engines.
- G42, Oracle Health, and the Cleveland Clinic will launch a global AI-powered healthcare delivery platform.
- The Walt Disney Company and Miral have announced the development of Disneyland Abu Dhabi, the company’s first theme park in the Middle East.
In addition, agreements in the areas of advanced technology, healthcare, manufacturing, entertainment, sports and tourism, were announced during the UAE-US Business Dialogue, which was attended by Abu Dhabi Crown Prince HH Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and President Trump.
Beyond the strengthening of economic ties, President Trump witnessed the depth of the enduring strategic and cultural relationship that continues to unite the two nations.
Emirati astronauts shared their journey of developing satellites, astronaut missions, and Moon and Mars exploration projects alongside their NASA colleagues.
In addition to visiting Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, President Trump concluded his trip at the Abrahamic Family House — an interfaith complex that brings together a mosque, a church, and a synagogue on a single site, symbolizing Emirati values of coexistence and religious inclusion. Writing a message in the guestbook, he described the Abrahamic Family House “as a sacred and powerful testament to the vision of the Middle East shared by the United States of America and the United Arab Emirates.”
