Good afternoon Member

Friday at last! How is your day going, members? I (Dani) hope you're all feeling as chipper as I am this afternoon. If not, then buckle up because I'm on a mission to turn that around with a keen dose of stories, trivia, and laughs! Do you have any shows that you love watching lately? I’m a bit late to the party, but I’ve been loving this series called Succession—and its Aussie star actually made a surprise visit to her old school here. What lovely news, I figured. And there's more waiting below!

Fact of the day

The Eiffel Tower was supposed to be temporary

Fact

The Eiffel Tower was built in 1889 to commemorate 100 years of the French Revolution. The initial plan was to demolish it in 1909. However, its radiotelegraph station, vital during the first World War, prompted the French to keep it. Today, it stands as a symbol of Parisian pride and is recognised worldwide.
