After announcing our 2020 EIC awards via live broadcast on February 3, we did our first EVER award parade two days later! We hopped into that van down by the river to deliver awards (and a few surprises) to our winners. We’ve NEVER EIC’d like this! ![]() DID YOU KNOW?The bill filing deadline for this session of the Texas legislature is Friday, March 12. During the first five weeks of the eight and-a-half-week filing time, more than 1,800 bills were filed. With an average of more than 4,300 bills filed during the last four sessions, that leaves approximately 2,500 bills to be filed in the last three and-a-half weeks of the filing timeframe.
