Good morning

Gooooooood Morning lovely Members! And a happy Sunday to you all. We hope you're all enjoying your weekend and have been able to relax and recharge. We know it can be hard to switch off sometimes, but it's so important to make time for yourself. This week's quote is all about taking some time for yourself...

"You can't pour from an empty cup. Take care of yourself first."

We think this is such an important message. It's so easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of everyday life and forget to take care of yourself. But it's so important to make time for yourself, to do things that make you happy and recharge your batteries. Otherwise, you'll just end up running on empty. So make sure you take some time for yourself this week, even if it's just a little bit. You deserve it.

• This week, Coles, Woolies, Aldi and IGA gave us some fantastic deals, including Old El Paso Enchilada Kits, Arnott's Tim Tam Deluxe (Yum!), and some cold and flu essentials. You can still get these deals today!
• Aussie shoppers went nuts about Aldi’s new $10 meal, which customers claimed was better than expensive meal boxes.
• This savvy mum revealed how she transformed her filthy bathroom with a $2 cleaning buy from Coles and Woolies, with no scrubbing required!
• Shoppers raced to their local Kmart to get their hands on the stylish new $30 cast iron pot that looks exactly like the $450 version.
• Do you store your eggs in your fridge door? Turns out, you’re doing it all wrong, according to an expert.
• We also learnt an easy Kmart hack to spruce up your pots using an unlikely $5 item.
