MUST READ: Study of Drivers Killed in Crashes Shows Many Tested Positive for THC
A recent study of 246 drivers killed in traffic crashes over a nearly six-year period found that over 40% had active THC – the main psychoactive ingredient in cannabis – in their system.
New Jersey legislators took another step toward legalizing psilocybin, a hallucinogenic compound found in some mushrooms that supporters consider a breakthrough therapy bound to transform mental health treatment.
A federal appeals court reversed a $575,000 award, ruling insurers aren’t liable when a workplace injury is followed by a fatal illegal drug overdose.
More people are now reaching for cannabis beverages, nonalcoholic drinks infused with tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, the main ingredient in marijuana that makes you feel high.
