2023 Asian Men's Club Volleyball Championships
The Canberra Heat Men recently travelled to Bahrain to compete in the 2023 Asian Club Championship.
Unfortunately, the Heat went down in all three of their pool matches against Korea, Indonesia and Bahrain.
The team then beat Thailand and Yemen to make their way into the 9th-12th semi finals, before going down to Kazakhstan and Taiwan.
The Heat finished 12th out of 16 teams and should be commended on their efforts.
Keep an eye out for these athletes to be back in action later this year in the Australian Volleyball Super League!
Level 2 Coaching & Refereeing Course
Volleyball ACT will be running Level 2 Coaching and Refereeing courses on Saturday July 1st.

School Sport Australia 15&U Championships
Southern Cross Stadium will host the School Sport Australia 15&U Championships on June 5 - 10.
Congratulations to the following athletes who have been selected to represent the ACT:
15&U Girls: Fetu'u Kiriui, Morgan Fowler, Andie McFarland, Abigail Hudson, Amy Freeman, Jett Dong, Tahlia Oshyer, Charlize Schiavello, Grace Wilson, Sophie Cahif.
15&U Boys: Adam Uren, Finn Edwards, Sharif Ezzat, Max Harris, Jack Rolleston, Leo Lafoy-Brown, Austin Fage, Axton Kua, Spencer Craig-Barry, William Jenkins, Rayan Lincoln.

UniSport Nationals is back for 2023 and will be held on the Gold Coast between the 23rd and 29thof September. UniSport Nationals is the biggest event in the university sport calendar and we would love to see lots of ANU students competing in their chosen sports
