Good morning members, and welcome to another wonderful weekend! We hope you’re all feeling rested and rejuvenated after a long week. We have a feeling this weekend is going to be a good one!
To start things off, let’s take a look at the answer to yesterday’s riddle! So what was it again?
If 3 cats can catch 3 mice in 3 minutes, how long will it take for 6 cats to catch 6 mice?
Did you get it? The answer is 3 minutes. So, assuming each cat caught one rat, it takes one cat three minutes to catch one rat. As long as there is a one-to-one ratio of cats to rats, the answer will remain 3 minutes. This one had us scratching our heads for a while! Now, onto our next segment for the day, ‘What Would the Grandkids Say.’ Today we’re taking a look at the phrase ‘I’m Dead.’ Obviously, this phrase isn’t literal. When someone says “I’m dead,” it means that something is extremely funny, so much so that they’ve died laughing. Or a joke is so funny that you can’t even function. However, be careful how you use this slang because joking about your own premature demise might not go over too well. So, next time your grandkids do something extremely funny, you can say you’re ‘dead’ (in a good way, of course)!
