Bookings for Easter HAF are now open!

If you have not registered on the new site, please read the following information carefully.

Registration process:

Everyone with children eligible for HAF need to register on the new website – even those who were registered on the old website.
Please make sure to add all of your children before clicking ‘Register’.
If the ‘Register’ button does not work – please check you have answered every field.
After registering, your child’s eligibility for HAF will be assessed. If they are approved, you will receive a confirmation email with login details including your password. You will not be able to login until your child/ren are approved.
- Will my child get approved?
  Children eligible for HAF will get approved. Please read on for more information about eligibility requirements.
- If you have a verification code from the old website, please input on the registration form for quicker approval.
When you log in after approval, you will not see any activities until bookings open. Bookings for Easter activities will open on Thursday 14th March.

If your child does not receive benefits related Free School Meals and has SEND…

You do not currently need to register on the new website.

Children and young people with SEND who are not eligible for benefits-related Free School Meals are now being directed to Short Breaks, Groups and Activities INSTEAD of HAF.

What is Short Breaks, Groups and Activities?

Activities under this service are open to children and young people who have a special educational need and/or disability.

How to book Short Breaks, Groups and Activities?

Activities are currently booked directly with the activity providers. This process will be changing in the future, however for Easter and April you will still need to book directly with the activity providers.
