Whether you're a senior pastor or a volunteer ministry leader, you need relationships with others who can bring Godly wisdom, encouragement, or even just some fun into your life! In between the face-to-face events and meet-ups, check out this mini All Access Blog right here in each monthly newsletter. We pray you find encouragement and friendship here 🤝 The Charis We NeedFor most pastors, taking time to read one more thing can be a challenge amidst all the things we have to do and the responsibilities we carry. We’ve all heard “leaders are readers” and “leaders are feeders” and so on. The reality is that I don’t want this to be just one more thing for you. We are a part of All Access to not only resource ourselves, but because we believe we are better together and we are a part of something bigger. So, let’s take a minute to examine a thought. The thought concerns resource. The empowering grace (the charis) of God might be what you need. The wisdom of God to cast vision, lead, develop, grow, implement, pivot or adapt might be what you need. The financial provision of God might be what you need. Encouragement or possibly a friend might be what you need. Peace, love, or joy might be what you need. Most of us are keenly aware of the need. The funny thing is, we are also keenly aware of the source. It can just be difficult to pursue it (Him) all the time. The challenge is often the focus, the audacious faith, the unwavering trust, the complete reliance, or the intimate pursuit of God over time or in critical times. Philippians 4:19 says, “And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus.” This is every need. Whatever you need. For Peter, it wasn’t just the ability to walk on water, but a Savior to pick him up and restore him when he started sinking. Peter would later grow in His ability to maintain his focus on Jesus and this encounter certainly helped. Jesus told Peter ahead of time of a test wrapped in a trial that may one day tempt him to take his eyes off of The Prize. “Jesus said, “Feed my sheep. 18 I tell you the truth, when you were younger you dressed yourself and went where you wanted; but when you are old you will stretch out your hands, and someone else will dress you and lead you where you do not want to go.” 19 Jesus said this to indicate the kind of death by which Peter would glorify God. Then he said to him, “Follow me!” (John 21:17-19) Interesting how Jesus ends this thought emphatically with, “Follow me!”. Stay focused! We don’t want to just live to survive the trial. We want to pass the test. Whether it’s the audacious faith of the widow of Zarephath, the complete reliance of the widow and her mite, the unwavering trust of the Apostle Paul, or the intimate pursuit of Mary and the alabaster jar, the source was recognized by them all. So many of you have such God-sized dreams and they always come with God-sized need! I’m praying that God “…will make all grace abound to you, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.” (2 Corinthians 9:8-9) Ahh! The thought…I hoped you would stick with me and read to the bottom! The thought is… “Everything that you need is in Him!” I know that you know it. I pray that you know it all the more in every facet, place, and space of your being and life! God is with you, for you and in you! ![]() We Are TRAVELING!Join us for 2 days of fun at Hope Point Church in Chesterfield, Virginia on March 16-17, 2026!Hosted by All Access pastors, Jonathan and Ami Stells, Refresh will take place at Hope Point Church in Virginia (Chesterfield Campus).
