The hours spent planning lessons. The conversations with students who need encouragement. The effort it takes to help young people see what's possible for their future. Most of that work happens quietly, without recognition.

But it matters.

When you help students explore careers, think about their goals, and connect school to their future, you're changing the trajectory of their lives in ways that aren't always visible right away.

The Career Choices Medal Program exists to recognize educators doing exactly that.

By applying and participating in a short interview, you give us the opportunity to highlight that impact your program is making and celebrate the work you're doing to prepare students for life after high school.

Medal recipients are recognized nationally and featured as examples of how schools are building strong college and career readiness programs.
