Join your fellow ASA members August 21 on Galveston’s East Beach for the annual AIA Sandcastle Competition! As an event sponsor,  ASA-HC will have our own tent at the event. Members are invited to enjoy a day of sun and fun, take in some incredible sandcastle art and attend ASA-HC’s Member Appreciation Fiesta on the Beach.

Four ASA-HC Member Companies Honored with AGC APEX Awards

The Associated General Contractors of Houston’s (AGC) May 22 APEX Awards garnered wins for four ASA-HC member companies — Camarata Masonry Systems, Chamberlin Roofing & Waterproofing, Karsten Interior Services and Oxford Builders. The annual event recognizes companies for their excellence in construction, contributions to the community and commitment to skill, integrity and responsibility.

 
 

Camarata Masonry Systems was honored with a silver and three bronze awards for recent builds including:

  • Lakeside Country Club (Silver)
  • Texas A&M University Track and Field Stadium (Bronze)
  • TMC Highrise – Latitude Medical Center Apartments (Bronze)
  • Museum of Fine Arts Houston – Glassell School of Art (Bronze)​
 
 

Oxford Builders won a bronze award for their recent work on the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge.

 
 

Chamberlin Roofing & Waterproofing won a silver award for their work on the Heights High School Water Infiltration Project.

 
 

Karsten Interior Services won a bronze award for their work on The Woodlands’ MD Anderson Cancer Center.
