Sunday Edition
Happy Easter Folks! We honestly cannot believe it is already Easter! It feels like yesterday was Christmas? But gosh, isn’t that just life nowadays? It just flies by so be sure to enjoy every moment, because at the end of the day we are so blessed to be here.
Now, we know some of you may be lucky enough to be able spend today with family and friends, but not everyone has that luxury, so we wanted to do a special SDC Easter Newsletter because you know what? Although we only get to speak to you lot via email or on our website, you all feel like family to us. So, if you are spending today “alone” know you aren’t really alone. We’ll be here with you today, cuppas in hand, multiple Hot Cross Buns at an arm’s length (traditional AND chocolate chip of course) and let’s be a real, a couple of Easter eggs ready to be consumed.
So, a Sunday wouldn’t be a Sunday without our little weekly quotes and I thought I would throw this gorgeous quote I stumbled upon, on Pinterest the other day:
“To anybody reading this… Life might be painful right now, but remember pain is temporary. Life might be confusing right now, but remember it’s worked out before. Every time you’ve been worried in the past, it’s now a memory. Don’t stress, everything will be fine. You’ve got this, focus.”
I loved this quote so much that I made it my phone screensaver (so tech savvy I know). I won’t be having the Easter I thought I was going to have this year, which breaks my heart a little, but I’m sure so many of you are in the exact same position as I am. So just keep this quote at the front of your mind today, whether you’re celebrating with your gorgeous family and friends or if you’re celebrating in a way you didn’t necessarily think you would be. Regardless, everything will be fine, and at the end of the day the SDC is always here eh?
