Our AI technology for supply chain, offices, and collaborations continue to grow. No images? Click here EditorialSimply put, Lokad is bigger than ever before. We have more great people working with us; we have doubled our Paris headquarters to over 900m2; we have welcomed more industry giants to the Lokad family; and we have rolled out our AI-Pilot initiative to automate even more of clients' supply chain decisions. Beyond commercial success, our educational projects make me immensely proud: our teams collaborate to deliver coding workshops, academic publications, conference speeches, and a full-length university course (at a top French engineering school) on our supply chain perspective and tools. Seeing some of the world's top STEM students embrace Lokad's philosophy cannot help but reinvigorate one's faith in the future of the field - even for a lapsed academic like me. Joannes Vermorel, CEO, Lokad Strengthening Ties: New & Ongoing Client CollaborationsThis month, we celebrate new partnerships with industry giants like Airbus, Alliantz, Azul, Maisons du Monde, and MSC Direct. We are also proud to announce increased scopes on projects with existing clients, notably Celio, MROHoldings, Wiltec, and Worten. In particular, this summer marks the 10-year anniversary of our successful collaboration with Spairliners (stay tuned for updated on this significant milestone). These partnerships - across multiple verticals - signal the far-reaching applicability of our approach, and we are thrilled to partner with these companies. Behind the Scenes: Exclusive Insights from Worten and MRO HoldingsBruno Saraiva - Head of Stock & Space Management at Worten - sat down with us in Lisbon to share updates on the collaboration. Worten's omnichannel purchase and allocation optimization is in full production, generating 45,000 daily decisions for their 300+ stores (as well as their online retail service). Check out the full interview to hear about Worten's ongoing supply chain revolution. On the other side of the world, Rodrigo Pineda from MRO Holdings welcomed us to San Salvador to describe how the companies optimize purchase and distribution for 70,000 part numbers (SKUs) and 150,000 purchase orders each year. MRO Holdings' is the largest company of its kind in the Americas, and the project is a case study in overcoming combinatorial complexity. AI-Pilot RolloutLokad recently went all-in on LLMs (large language models) in order to automate the time-consuming - though incredibly consequential - qualitative supply chain activities. These include performing certain data preparation checks and automated supplier MOQ retrieval (to name only two important examples). This development allows Lokad to automate both the qualitative and quantitative supply chain tasks, thus releasing even more time, effort, and resources for clients to focus on strategic decision-making. Growth and Expansion: New Spaces and FacesWe've expanded our Paris offices to support our growing teams, fostering a vibrant and innovative work environment – including our own recording studio. Lokad is always on the lookout for new talents ready to tackle wicked supply chain problems.
