ZONING CODE PUBLIC HEARING JULY 15 Zoning might sound technical, but it touches nearly every aspect of daily life in Northbrook. Zoning plays a critical role in shaping how the Village looks, feels, and functions. Northbrook’s current Zoning Code, adopted in 1988, no longer reflects today’s priorities around sustainability, housing, and mobility. The proposed update takes a modern, flexible approach that supports the Village’s long-term vision while preserving what makes Northbrook unique. Residents can view the full Draft Zoning Code here. We invite you to be part of this important process. Your input matters. Join us July 15 to help ensure Northbrook’s zoning reflects the values and vision of our Village.
