RSA CommuniquéPlusMarch 2023 Dear , It's hard to believe that we are already at the end of the first quarter of 2023. This year has started well, and we are so excited for the incredible opportunities coming up! In March, I had the great pleasure of seeing members in New Zealand, South Australia and Western Australia. These events were incredibly energising, and it made me so happy to see everyone get together again and share knowledge in person. In less than two months, we will see members from across Australia and New Zealand gather in Sydney for a jam-packed conference. Early bird registration is only available for another couple of weeks, so if you haven't booked your seat - make sure you do it soon! Lastly, award nominations are open for 2023 and we encourage you to nominate yourself, your colleague or your team. Acknowledging the incredible work of our members is so important and we can't wait to celebrate the nominees at our conference party in May. Branch Symposiums winner announced!Another three Branch Symposiums were held during March: New Zealand, South Australia and Western Australia. Conclusion: The nephrology nursing workforce will face important challenges over the next decade and there must be an organisational response to prevent continued staff shortages.
