Donate to Support Our Work

You might wonder what we do at Lettercase to celebrate World Down Syndrome Day. And we're definitely encouraging folks to request free books  today. However, the truth is that we serve clinicians, families, and people with disabilities year round by offering:

  • Free online and printed accurate, balanced, and up-to-date resources about Down syndrome and other genetic conditions for medical providers and their patients. We even cover the cost of shipping for printed materials for patients and doctors.
  • Providing training to clinicians on how to deliver a diagnosis
  • pPresenting at conferences and publishing in journals about how to improve that experience
  • Supporting medical outreach programs at local Down syndrome organizations.

In just the next week, we have on our calendar to submit an article about patient diagnosis experiences for publication in an obstetrics journal, speak with a public health student about equitable health care for people with disabilities, speak with pediatric fellows at the University of Kentucky about resources to support patients receiving a prenatal diagnosis, help the Down Syndrome Association of Middle Tennessee with an exhibit booth at the American College of Medical Genetics and Genomics on Friday, and discuss the provision of a new online publication for parents of children with DS.

We dedicate all day every day to Down syndrome awareness thanks to support from people like you. Please help us continue doing this work by making a donation today for World DS Day

Because we are a nonprofit program, we rely on book sales and donations to exhibit and present at these conferences, so please consider making a donation today!
