November 2024 ![]() School CarnivalOMS held its annual school carnival on October 25th. The children had a great time in the jump house and enjoyed face painting and popcorn. The highlight of the event was a puppet show of Jack and the Beanstalks performed by The Fratello Marionettes. The fun-filled morning ended with a pizza lunch. ![]() Silent Journey & DiscoveryHeld on November 1st, the Silent Journey and Discovery educational event helps adults to expand their knowledge about the Montessori philosophy, terminologies, materials and names of lessons which can be difficult to understand without a thorough preface. The goal of this evening was to increase parents' knowledge about their child's work and learn about their day, which in turn will help them have a better context when their child shares information with them.

Primary and Elementary parents are invited to join us for our parent-child holiday luncheon which will start on Monday, December 2nd and conclude on Friday, December 13th. This on-campus event is a wonderful way to experience a part of your child's day and meet their peers and teachers in their classroom setting. Reserve your appointment by December 1st.
The annual Hot Cocoa Party will be held on Friday, December 20th. This will be a minimum day and all children must be picked up between 11:45 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
The school will be closed from Monday, December 23rd through Monday, January 6th for winter break. School will resume on Tuesday, January 7, 2025.
