Wednesday Edition
Good morning, members, and welcome to hump day! No, we're not talking about any X-rated activities here – it's just the middle of the week, which means we just need to get through this hump and power through to the end of the week! Oh, by the way, it's Vella here again, and I'll be joining you all this lovely Wednesday morning. I hope that's alright with you because, well, you don't really have a choice! 😉 I'm just kidding! I missed you all these past few days, so it's good to be back.
How's everyone feeling today? I'm actually feeling pretty energised – I've been running a few times a week for the past couple of weeks, and it's been a great way to stay active and improve my mood, memory, and sleep quality. Can you believe I ran, played badminton, cleaned my room, and caught up with friends all weekend? I, myself, can’t believe it either! I'm not entirely sure where that energy came from, but I'm not complaining. I love the active and productive Vella! If you're feeling sluggish, why not try to fit in a little exercise today? It doesn’t have to be a run, it could be something as simple as going for a walk around the block. It's a great way to boost your energy levels.
Now, I know what you’re here for, and it’s not to read my rambling! It’s so you can check out your weekly deals from Coles, Woolworths, ALDI, and IGA. There are some great deals in there this week, so be sure to check them out!
And, of course, we’ve also got our second riddle of the week for you. This is a fun one, ready? Here it goes:
There are 2 police officers parked along a one-way street looking for traffic violations. They spot a taxi driver going in the wrong direction, yet they do nothing. Why?
This one will get the wheels in your head turning, so take your time and see how you go! If you think you know the answer, head over to our riddle masters thread here. If you get the answer correct, you’ll get a shout-out in tomorrow’s newsletter! Good luck, folks!
