Click here ![]() Quarterly Newsletter OCT - DEC 2022 ![]() Ken Schmidt, President Ken's Korner As we approach almost normal operations, I want to thank all who have helped get us to this point: home care providers for getting vaccinations and for monitoring clients' health and for keeping folks home when necessary; agencies and providers who adjusted to our transportation schedules determined by available drivers and the reduced number of riders allowed on each vehicle; our staff, for taking care of themselves so they could care for others and for working on production jobs to see that we met quotas on our many contracts. Anna is a student at NKU majoring in Social Work. She is in her last semester and is scheduled to graduate in December! She is doing her Fall semester field placement/practicum with us. Anna is working 25 hours a week and is splitting her time working with the staff and interns at the Norse Project SEARCH Program and 2 days a week in the CRS program. Anna is shadowing staff and learning about their various roles and responsibilities. She is also gaining experience working with persons served and assisting and supporting them with their vocational skills and production tasks.
