Palm Beach County Clerk Named Healthiest Employer in Florida
The Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller, Palm Beach County has been recognized as the 2025 Healthiest Employer in Florida among organizations with 500 to 1,499 employees, highlighting the organization’s ongoing commitment to supporting employee health and well-being.
“It is an honor to be recognized for our team’s dedication to their well-being,” Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller Mike Caruso said. “We’ve created an environment at the Clerk’s office where health and teamwork are part of the daily routine. A healthy workplace positively impacts our employees and every customer they serve across Palm Beach County.”

This October is #CyberSecurityAwarenessMonth. Cyber scammers are getting smarter. They’ll send fake emails that seem urgent to get you to act without thinking.
Whether it’s fake “official” court notices, or phony payment requests, don’t let a cybercriminal rush you into a mistake!
Always pause before clicking a link or opening an attachment.
Double-check if it feels suspicious.
Taking a moment can save you from a costly scam. Stay smart and don’t take the bait!
Say "I Boo" on Halloween
Was it love at first "bite"? Say "I Boo" on Friday, October 31 and begin your eternity together with a marriage ceremony at our downtown West Palm Beach courthouse in the Halloween-themed Spooky Ceremony Room.
Couples who want to tie the knot can dress in their Halloween best, or stick to traditional attire, and get married by one of our frightfully attired Clerks.
Simply make an appointment for October 31 and let us which room you want when you arrive.

Clerk Mike Caruso welcomed Palm Beach County Sheriff Ric Bradshaw, State Attorney Alexcia Cox, Public Defender Daniel Eisinger, and members of the Constitutional Tax Collector's office, Supervisor of Elections' office, and Property Appraiser's office to our Constitutional Connect event in Boynton Beach on Saturday, September 20.
Civic-minded Palm Beach County residents engaged in thoughtful discussion and learned more about our countywide offices.
Clerk Caruso Updates Legislative Delegation
Clerk Mike Caruso spoke at the Palm Beach County Legislative Delegation Tuesday, September 30 in Boynton Beach, keeping members up to date about the latest jury duty, court case and driver license scams, as well as discussing how Clerk's offices are funded throughout the state.
Feeding Our Community in Boynton Beach
Our team volunteered with Feeding South Florida on Saturday, October 4, inspecting and sorting food donations for local families in need. Together, we sorted 5,460 pounds of food. That's enough for 4,550 meals right here in Palm Beach County!
