Georgia, It's Time — Be part of our first Georgia Street Team

Dear BAMFI Supporter,

For 18 years, we at the Black and Missing Foundation (BAMFI) have been working to ensure our missing are never ignored. We know the right support helps find them or provides answers families are desperately searching for. Right now, Georgia, and especially the Greater Atlanta area, needs that support more than ever.

Atlanta remains a critical region where families of color are hit hardest by disappearances. Because you’ve reached out to us before, we know you care about this mission. Now, we’re ready to turn that care into real impact.

This June, we are launching the BAMFI Georgia Street Team. We are looking for a small, dedicated group to serve as our inaugural 'boots on the ground' to help us, find us.

As part of the Georgia Street Team, you'll be on the front lines helping with:

• Spreading the word for active cases in your community
• Representing BAMFI at local events and gatherings
• Getting the right information into the hands of those who can help
• Sharing cases online to make sure our missing are seen and families heard

We are looking for individuals who are dependable, community-minded, and committed to serving with professionalism and compassion.

Your Next Step

To protect the families we serve, all volunteers must complete an initial screening. This is the required first step toward joining our Georgia cohort and moving forward with a formal background review:
