Kia ora e hoa,

We know that one of the keys to feeling fulfilled at work is the opportunity to learn and grow.

That could be within a single role, through upskilling, or having new experiences that put you in a stretch zone. Or it could be through trying out new opportunities, through secondments, a different role, or a new specialisation.

In this issue of Tiritiri, we spoke with staff members who have tried out different roles or areas within Corrections, to hear their experiences and advice.
