Join us for Session 2 of the three-part Global Pan-Cancer Program webinar series designed for people with cancer and their care partners.

This series is presented by the Cancer Precision Medicine Commons, hosted by LUNGevity.

This 30-minute session will provide a simple overview of how to approach biomarker test results and introduce helpful tools and resources to make reports easier to understand and discuss with your care team.

Driving Change Through Early Detection

Early detection can change the course of lung cancer care. When lung cancer is found earlier, patients often have more treatment options and better outcomes, but too many people are still diagnosed after the disease has advanced.

ELCC Multitasker Meeting

At LUNGevity’s Early Lung Cancer Center (ELCC) multistakeholder meeting in March, leaders from research, healthcare, advocacy, industry, and policy came together to focus on practical solutions that can help detect lung cancer earlier. Through efforts to improve screening uptake, strengthen follow-up for incidental nodules, and advance emerging early detection approaches, LUNGevity’s ELCC is working to make earlier diagnosis—and better outcomes for patients—the norm. Learn more about this important work.

Advocacy in Action: Help Keep the Momentum Going

We recently saw big developments for two of our priority bills in Congress! Both the Increasing Access to Lung Cancer Screening Act and the Clinical Trial Modernization Act have been introduced in the Senate. Each had been introduced in the House last year.

You can write your members of Congress and ask them to co-sponsor these key pieces of legislation on the LUNGevity Action Network "Take Action" page. If you haven't already signed up to receive the latest advocacy news and action alerts, you can do so here.

From the Racetrack to the Rodeo: LungXperience Goes Where the Action Is

As a community partner of LungXperience, LUNGevity joined the program at the NASCAR Cup Series Würth 400 at Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth, connecting with thousands of race fans and sharing vital information about lung cancer screening and early detection. The energy was electric, and the conversations were real.

LunXperience Tour

For the first time, LungXperience, in partnership with AstraZeneca and Kroger Health: Team Tuneup, showed up at the Professional Bull Riding World Finals: Unleash The Beast. We met passionate fans who were eager to learn, ask questions, and take their health seriously.

That's exactly what this tour is about. Lung cancer doesn't discriminate, and neither does our commitment to reaching people. With each new stop, our message travels further. And we're just getting warmed up.
