Using the Career Choices curriculum, students begin planning in ninth grade, aligning their interests with clear college and career pathways. And the partnership that NJUHSD has with Sierra College allows students to gain access to college-level coursework that supports their goals.

Across campuses like Bear River, Ghidotti Early College High School, Nevada Union, North Point Academy, and Silver Springs, this approach expands access, strengthens student motivation, and helps more learners graduate with both direction and college credit already in hand.
