Western Australian (WA) exporters are encouraged to apply for the 2025 Western Australian Export Awards. Nominations are now being accepted across 14 national categories, including the newly added First Nations Exporter award. The Agribusiness, Food and Beverage category recognises outstanding international success in the field of manufactured food, beverages or agricultural products. This includes primary production fisheries and related services or technology. Last year, Austral Fisheries was
named the 2024 Western Australian Exporter of the Year. As one of Australia's largest integrated commercial fishing companies, Austral Fisheries has built a global reputation for sustainable seafood and responsible fishing practices. These awards are an opportunity to recognise the significant achievements and economic impact of local exporters across diverse sectors.
