The aspens are leafing out in bright, shimmering green, mountain bluebirds are filling the air with their gentle calls, the first hummingbirds have returned, and the bears, marmots, and chipmunks are all awake and active once again. After a long winter, the mountains are alive with movement, color, and new energy. May invites us to step into this awakening alongside nature - breathing in fresh possibility, releasing what’s ready to fall away, and allowing our own hearts and bodies to open and grow with the season.
