Sunday Edition
Good morning ladies and gents! How is everyone doing on this lovely Sunday morning? If you’re like us, and you’re in Sydney or Brisbane then it might not be the most ‘lovely’ Sunday morning weather that you’ve woken up to, but hey, you can still have a great day! Maybe you can watch some movies, play a board game, or catch up with friends and family for a nice dinner? Whatever you’re getting up to today, we hope you enjoy it.
Now, it’s time to take a look at our quote of the week. I loved this quote when I came across it this week, I felt like the timing was perfect and it’s exactly what I needed to read.
‘Strong people never give up. We might need a coffee, a cry or a day in bed, but we always come back stronger.’
I’m not entirely sure what’s going on in everyone’s lives at the moment, but if you are facing some tougher times, I want you to read that quote again. There are always going to be challenging times in our lives and it’s okay to feel like giving up sometimes. It’s okay to sit in bed, cry, or yell. You’re only human, but it’s important to remember that no matter what, you try again. You come back stronger. Just make sure you’re kind to yourself along the way, you can’t keep coming back to ‘fight’ if you aren’t giving yourself any rest. Oh also, don’t forget, there’s nothing a cuppa can’t fix. 😉
