Tuesday Edition | PM
Good afternoon
Good afternooooooon, lovely members! Isn't Tuesday just the perfect day to catch our collective breath? With the Monday rush now behind us, I (Sethia) think this is the perfect opportunity to revel in some ‘me time’, and what better way to spend it than with all of you through this newsletter?
On that note, I’ve got a question for you: What are some things you do to lift up your spirits? It can be anything from watching the footy finals with your mates to baking a scrumptious dessert that tastes like heaven on a plate. We’d love to hear from you!

Fact of the day
Have you heard of… bread fraud?
While scams today are undoubtedly devastating and intricate, the roots of fraudulent activities run deep in history, and even basic necessities were not spared. In the Middle Ages, bread fraud ran rampant, and dodgy bakers mixed sawdust, chalk, dirt and even arsenic into their products to maximise profits. One baker even inserted iron bars into loaves to make them seem heavier.
