Down Syndrome Innovations is thrilled to welcome Kenadi Roark as our Lifespan Services Assistant!

She might be a familiar face to our Central Missouri families already, but we are thrilled to announce that Kenadi has joined our team as Lifespan Services Assistant. Kenadi will work closely with Grace Hunter, Family and Outreach Coordinator, in serving our families in Central Missouri!

Kenadi has three years of experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. “My education in health science has presented many volunteer opportunities to work with individuals with special needs,” shares Kenadi. “Once volunteering, I realized this career path not only makes me happy but also is very rewarding.”

“I started volunteering with Down Syndrome Innovations around a year ago and that sparked my interest in wanting to become a part of the team,” explains Kenadi. “Being able to work with our Central Missouri families is such an honor!”

In May, Kenadi will receive her bachelor’s degree in Health Science with a focus on Health and Wellness from the University of Missouri - Columbia. In June, she will begin the doctorate program for Occupational Therapy.

Kenadi Roark

In her spare time, Kenadi loves spending time with family and friends! She recently got a puppy, so she looks forward to taking advantage of the spring weather and going for walks!

Please join us in welcoming Kenadi to Down Syndrome Innovations!
