NEWS UPDATE

28 July 2023

Publishers note

As I write I have no doubt that there are many many businesses throughout Australia getting their last-minute jobs out of the way in preparation for next week’s Sydney International Boat Show. Starting Thursday, the now four-day show is offering a broad array of education and entertainment, that audiences have always loved and craved when attending the event. There will be no box office with tickets available online, so don’t forget to encourage your clients to get their tickets before arriving on site.

For those of you attending, please keep in mind that the YESSSS crew will be at the show. I do urge you, if you have not done so already, to lock in a time for a coffee and chat. No obligation, just explore the opportunity to see if they can do something for your business.

It is amazing how much we don’t know about people, until something comes up out of the blue. This week was no exception. Not too long ago, I worked alongside a colleague who was with the BIA Victoria and ran their Boat Show. This week comes the news that our Monica, will be swimming the English Channel to raise funds for a fabulous cause. For those that know Monica Tonner, you will be equally proud of her attempt and drive to want to so such a thing for a good cause. Read Monica’s story and please support her if you can.
