PATIENT COMPLIMENTS Main ED Patient: "I went to another hospital's ER for the same issue two days prior to coming to Methodist ER. The Methodist ER in Sugar Land conducted more testing than the other hospital to investigate the issue I was having. The doctor who treated me was thorough and I did not feel rushed at any point during my treatment. Each support staff, such as nurses and administration I encountered, were extremely friendly and provided the best care during my visit. Definitely pleased with my experience." Main 6 East Patient: "I'd return to Houston Methodist Sugar Land in a heartbeat. So sorry if there are patients and non-patients who might not appreciate everything the healthcare professionals are doing. So thankful for these people!" From a CT Patient: "Every person that assisted me was very pleasant, professional and timely. The tech made a conscious effort to make sure I was comfortable."
