This weekend, on 2nd – 4th May, Lancaster University athletes will be packing up their bags and heading to our competitors home turf to discover what colour roses really are (red, duh.) Catch up on your favourite fixtures with live commentary, recordings, updates, and point counts provided entirely by York and Lancaster’s Student Media teams. ![]() Notice of Summer Elections 2025 🗳️We are excited to announce upcoming elections for two Student Trustee positions, as well as a by-election for the 2025/26 Education Officer. Nominations for all positions open on Monday 5th May, so if you think you’re up for it, get writing up that manifesto! You can read more about the elections, including key dates, and role descriptions at the article below. ![]() The Liberation & Campaign Officer Review 🔎Your current Wellbeing Officer, Ella, has been working closely with the LCOs and their respective forums to look at the structures and support these groups receive. It has led to a much-needed review of these structures. ‘The effective advocacy of marginalised voices is crucial in today’s society, especially at a time when oppression persists and threatens to grow.’ You can read the summary of proposed changes, written by Ella, below. ![]() Celebrate your Academic Reps 👑Do you know an Academic Rep who has made a positive impact this year? So, what are you waiting for – get listening! ![]() Free Sexual Health TestingDid you know that our very own LUSU Advice Service is partnered with Revolution, who provide their Sexual Health Outreach Service to students here on campus? The Sexual Health Testing Drop-In Clinic occurs on the first Wednesday of every month, during term time.
