Welcome to InFocus, March 23

We've had a very successful past three months which have seen our new Manchester Hub begin construction, our Peterborough Hub officially opened, our Birmingham Hub rated the best employee experience and we entered a new strategic partnership with JLL.

And I’m pleased to see our client satisfaction scores continuing to increase, with our Q3 results showing we are making good progress to achieving our goal of at least a 7/10 satisfaction rate. We remain focused on the areas where improvement is still needed. As we move into 23/24 we will continue to mature as an organisation with more partnerships and critical systems coming on line.
