Shortlisted initiatives show how commissions, workshops, performances and staff-led programmes can strengthen employee engagement, build connection and contribute to a more creative and inclusive working environment. Credit: Connected Hubs Connected Hubs and Contemporary Irish Art Society: Art in the HubsConnected Hubs and the Contemporary Irish Art Society created Art in the Hubs to bring contemporary Irish art into workplaces across Ireland and create new opportunities for artists beyond traditional gallery settings. Since 2022, the programme has placed 70 artworks by 70 artists across 40 hubs. It has helped hubs become more engaging cultural spaces, introduced new audiences to contemporary art and generated exhibition and sales opportunities for participating artists.
Signs of Power X Fitzgerald Power Office Values Commission Credit: Gringo Pictures Fitzgerald Power and The Walls Project: Signs of PowerFitzgerald Power and The Walls Project commissioned artist Signs of Power to transform the firm’s values into large-scale typographic murals, embedding creativity into the everyday experience of staff and visitors. By giving visual form to values including leadership, teamwork, honesty, excellence and innovation, the project has strengthened employee pride, supported internal conversations and reinforced Fitzgerald Power’s identity as a modern, values-led organisation.
CJK Christmas Song Contest at Sean O'Casey Theatre Credit: CJK & Five Lamps Arts Festival CJK and Five Lamps Arts Festival: Christmas Song ContestCJK and Five Lamps Arts Festival have developed a partnership centred on community, participation and social impact, with employees and their families taking part in festival activities, fundraising and local events. More than 200 employees and family members have engaged with the programme, raising €6,000 for charitable causes. The partnership has strengthened workplace connection and pride while deepening CJK’s relationship with Dublin’s north-east inner city.
