Wednesday Edition
Hello, members! How lovely to see you all again this wonderful Wednesday morning! How are we all feeling today? We hope you're all well and have had a lovely night's sleep. I (Vella) am feeling pretty good... and nostalgic at the same time. Since it's ‘Way Back Wednesday’ (I'm not sure if that's a real thing, but I'm running with it!) I've been looking through some old photos and reminiscing on days gone by. It's funny how quickly time passes. I know some of you out there can relate!
I love looking back at photos. It's so nice to see how much our lives have changed over the years. Every photo has a story behind it. The families we've built, the places we've seen, and the memories we've made. It's amazing, isn't it? You see your growth and progress in the most beautiful way. How about you? Do you have any treasured photos or memories you love to look back on? Don't hesitate to share them with us on our forum here. We'd love to hear your stories!
I love a good stroll down memory lane, but now it’s time to get back to the present.
As it’s Wednesday, it’s time to check out this week’s supermarket deals from Coles, Woolworths, ALDI, and IGA. Be sure to check them out – there are some real gems in there!
And after you've finished browsing the deals, it’s time to get your brain into gear with our second riddle of the week. This one is a doozy, so get those thinking caps on! Here it goes:
You're both in and outside of me; You guide me but don't ride me; I can make a statement with a tongue but no mouth. What am I?
Oooh, is it just me, or is this one particularly tricky? I need some help here! If you think you know the answer, head over to our riddle masters thread here. Anyone who guesses the correct answer will be rewarded with a shout-out in tomorrow’s newsletter!
Enough about riddles, what’s happening across the world and around Australia today?

Who remembers the pure freedom that came with jumping on a trampoline before nets were introduced? In the ‘60s, trampoline centres were the fad, with rows of trampolines on the ground. Then trampolines went on sale to the general public on a frame about a metre off the ground and attached by springs. They were certainly not the safest design, but my goodness, they were fun!
