Transition to Press Ganey’s Rounding Solution, iRound
On Jan. 1, Houston Methodist transitioned from Huron’s MyRounding tool to Press Ganey’s rounding solution - iRound. Employees no longer have access to the MyRounding tool. All current and active MyRounding users have been given access to iRound and were invited to attend training. For users who were unable to attend a training session, a recording is available along with an iRound User Toolkit that includes FAQ and other resources. Win Potential Texans Playoff Tickets
The Houston Texans are fighting for a playoff spot, and Houston Methodist wants to give you and a guest a chance to cheer them on if they make the playoffs! HMSL Blood Drive
January is National Blood Donor Month and you have two opportunities to donate. The next HMSL blood drive will be Thursday, Jan. 18 and Friday, Jan. 19 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. in Main AD. Eligible donors will receive a long sleeve pullover (while supplies last). Click here to schedule an appointment.
New Fitness Schedule
The new fitness schedule is out for January. Click here to see the classes available. Classes include barre, spin, cardio kickboxing and Zumba. For more information, contact the wellness team at HMSL.
I CARE Award Nominations
The annual deadline for nominating someone for an I CARE Award is Tuesday, Jan. 31. The I CARE Awards recognize employees who consistently exemplify our values and regularly do more than is expected of them in their jobs. To nominate someone:
- Log in to MARS.
- Click on the BRAVO tile.
- Enter the name of the co-worker you want to nominate and click Next.
- Select the I CARE Award recognition program.
You will be guided through a series of questions to help determine if the employee's actions are appropriate for our I CARE Award. Please complete the nomination with as much specific information as possible.
