No power? What to do.
With three significant weather events on our electricity network already this year, here are some timely reminders:
🚨Visit our 'report an outage' page www.powerco.co.nz/outages or call us on 0800 769 372 to report an outage.
🚨Stay at least 10m away from downed lines and poles and call 111 immediately or Powerco's emergency number 0800 27 27 27.
🚨Treat all downed lines as live.
We respond 24/7 to lines down incidents on our electricity network.
