Whistleblower and Complaints Process
Contributed by Kelly Abbott | Director of Certification and Technical Services EAGLE has recently updated Document 9 (January 2025) to strengthen protections for whistleblowers. Our goal is to provide a secure and confidential way for individuals to report ethical concerns without fear of retaliation. Many oversight bodies provide anonymous reporting options through their websites, and EAGLE has adopted a similar approach. Concerns can be submitted through our website by selecting either the "Ask A Question" or "Request A Quote" options. Maintaining transparency and impartiality is essential to preserving trust in Third-Party Certification, and this process plays a vital role in ensuring accountability.
