Friday Edition
Good morning members, and happy Friday to you all! Ah, isn't it just the best feeling waking up on a Friday morning? We know we always feel a little extra spring in our step. And to boost that feeling, even more, I (Vella) am blasting The Beatles' ‘Here Comes the Sun’ as I sip a hot chocolate (yes, I'm one of those people who don't drink coffee). Well, I've been listening to it on repeat all morning, and it's definitely put me in a good mood! Thank you to member @Suzanne rose, who posted some of her favourite albums, including The Beatles, in our nostalgia forum, which made me realise I hadn't listened to them in AGES! How about you? What music always puts you in a good mood? Share them in our forum thread here. I'm thinking of making a playlist of all our favourites!
Anyway, enough about me, let's get into today's newsletter, shall we? We have a fair bit of stuff to get through today, so let’s get straight into the swing of things!
Let’s start with the third and final riddle for the week thanks to member Gary W.
How many times can you subtract 6 from 36?
Oooh, this is a good riddle! How are you folks fairing with this one? If you think you know the answer, head over to our riddle masters thread here. If you get the answer correct, then we will give you a shout-out in tomorrow’s newsletter!

Today's 'Yesterday's Australia' segment is thanks to @Suzanne rose, who shared a memory of her first album. 'My first album was Rod Stewart's Atlantic Crossing, 1975. I was 14, and I still have it today along with most of my other albums, including The Beatles, Pink Floyd, The Stones, and Boz Scaggs.’
Ah, the days when music was something you had to go out and buy. You couldn’t just download it onto your phone. Great picks, Suzanne! Thank you for sharing this lovely memory with us!

A prince was put under a spell so that he could speak only one word each year.
If he didn’t speak for two years, the following year, he could speak two words and so on.
One day, he fell in love with a beautiful lady. He refrained from speaking for two whole years so he could call her ‘my darling’.
My goodness, this had me in stitches! Thank you, @Skipton, for the laugh! This is a must-read, members! Check out the rest of the joke here.
