After last week´s successful IRCs meeting at Conservatorio di Musica Nino Rota in Monopoli, Italy, we can look forward to the 49th AEC Annual Congress at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Lyon & Online on 9-12 November.

The chosen Congress title, "CHANGING PERSPECTIVES – Imagine new traditions", is inspired by AEC´s main project, ARTEMIS -  Empowering Artists as Makers in Society (2022-2025), which will be presented at the Congress.

Significant contributors to these new perspectives on higher music education are our students. These days, they have sent out a call to European student representatives to sign up as members of EPASA, the European Performing Arts Students' Association. The establishment of EPASA will soon be formally confirmed and represent a new milestone in the development of higher music and arts education in Europe.

Enjoy reading more about these projects, events, and advocacy activities in this September Newsletter!
