Tuesday Edition
Well, hello members, fancy seeing you here this wonderful Tuesday morning. How are we all feeling? We hope you’re feeling excited and ready because we have a ton of stuff for you to feast your minds on today, so without further ado, let’s jump right on in.
First things first, let’s give you the answer to yesterday’s riddle!
Five hundred begins it and five hundred ends it and five is in the middle of it. The first of all letters and the first of all numbers come in between to spell the name of a famous king.
Did you get it? The answer is… DAVID! Oh my, we thought this one would stump most of you, as none of us here at the SDC HQ were able to crack it. The key is to think in Roman numerals. D is 500, V is 5, and I is the Roman numeral for 1. However, once again, you clever lot have proven us wrong. You riddle masters sure know how to riddle! If you submitted the correct answer, head further down in the email, and you’ll spot a shoutout just for you!
Now then, what’s happening across Australia and the world today?

Oh, and one more thing before we go, don’t forget to enter our SDC Product Review Competition, as entries close today! To be in the running, all you have to do is head
over here and tell us about your favourite product from Coles, Woolies, Aldi or IGA, and give us around 100 words on why it’s your favourite. Easy as right? The best review will receive a $100 voucher for either Coles, Woolies, Aldi, or IGA (your choice). Easy as!
And most importantly, folks, stay safe and happy reading!

Who remembers their parents scraping a thin slice off the end of a pencil and writing your name on it? They spent hours with a razor blade doing this for us on every pencil, so we treasured and looked after these pencils. Did you do the same for your kids?

The town is sometimes referred to as the "opal capital of the world" because of the quantity of precious opals that are mined there.
