Bill to Break Down Barriers to Partner with Community Colleges

The bill originally introduced by Assembly Member, Chris Holden, would remove existing barriers for Local Education Agencies and Community Colleges to more easily create partnerships and increase the students’ ability to access necessary resources and additional courses.

This is the latest in the state’s efforts to prioritize students who may not already be college bound or who are underrepresented in higher education.
