We hope you are starting to get excited for the 2025 season. A team of volunteers are working behind the scenes to get everything ready for the season kick-off in May.

Season dates

Our National Premier League (NPL) Boys teams have already commenced their season. Next will be the other NPL teams over the next month.

For all Community Junior teams (U5 - U18) the season will start on Saturday 3 May 2025, and run until early September 2025.

Senior State League and Masters players will receive communication on their key dates directly from the Seniors coordinators

Registrations

Registrations for the 2025 season closed on 14 March 2025. We are currently reviewing all the registrations and requests, and have commenced allocating teams. Our Coaches, Team Managers and Age Group Coordinators will contact players via email once teams are finalised.

We may open up registrations for certain age groups if we need more players. This information will be posted on our social media pages and on our website.

Grading for Division 1 and 2 teams

Grading is now complete for our Division 1 and 2 teams. The coaches are currently going through all the grading information and will finalise teams over the next few days. Players will then be emailed with the outcome of the grading.

Training

Training for Community Juniors is due to start the week before season kick-off. We will contact players in April regarding the training dates. Training is based on field and coach availability.

For most community teams, training is generally one night per week at Harrison Playing Fields.

Uniforms and pop-up shop

All community teams will wear black shorts and socks this season. Head to our online shop to buy them early this year. You will be notified by email when your order is ready to collect.

This Sunday 30 March we will have a Pop-up shop at the Harrison Clubhouse between 11.30am - 1.30pm.

  • Shorts, socks, hats and some other merchandise will be available.
  • Some second-hand clothing and soccer boots will be available.
  • You can donate second-hand soccer boots and GUFC clothing too.

Jerseys will be provided closer to the start of the season once they are all printed.

Note: Performance team uniforms are managed by the stream coordinators.
