Preventing sexual harassment and third party harassment

Employers already have a duty to prevent sexual harassment but from October 2026, employers will require to take all reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace. Employers will also become liable for third party harassment. We can provide tailored support and training to help you comply with your obligations and reduce the risk of claims.
