CMHA Mental Health Week:
Get ready to #GetReal May 2-8

When someone is struggling, you need to tune into how they’re doing in order to understand what they need and how you can help. Having empathy means you understand others’ emotions, share their feelings and respond with compassion and care.

That’s why this year’s Mental Health Week, happening May 2-8, is all about empathy!

Visit MentalHealthWeek.ca to get practical advice and information on the power of empathy, the art of listening and more.
